Bridge Installation in Porter Ranch

The Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 449 (HCMUD 449) Board of Directors would like to announce the installation of two bridges and a pier over the lake in the Porter Ranch subdivision, along the new walking paths. The Board of Directors would like to remind residents that this area is still an active construction area. Residents are asked to refrain from accessing the trail and any of the amenities already installed, during both work and non-work hours until the project is complete.

The installation of the bridges are one of many new amenities the Board of Directors has elected to add to the District to improve the quality of living for its residents. Along with the paving of walking paths, the District will be adding benches, trees, and lighting, as well as amenities in the other sections of HCMUD 449, including a dog park in Ventana Lakes East.
